Magic Mobility is always developing upgrades and accessories to make life easier and more accessible for our users. Here are the latest upgrades for you to consider.

Swingover Table with magnet

Up to this year, table options included either slot in or swingover mountings. We are excited to announce, from this year, all new chairs can be fitted with a table mounting that is suitable for either slide in or swingover configurations, and can be retrofitted to any Magic chair.

This new mount design is much easier to attach and detach.

The magnet helps to hold the table down to prevent unwanted movement.

Configured for the swingover option, the upgraded design is more intuitive and easier to swing the table to and from its vertical position hanging from the arm opposite the joystick, to laying flat across both arms once the user is in the chair. Its pivoting design and laterally-adjustable stem also make it easier for people do this from time to time over the course of their day.

The magnet serves to hold the swingover table down on the joystick arm side, preventing unwanted bouncing or bumping as you drive the chair. As before, 4 standard table sizes are offered, with a range of made-to-order modifications available including table size, cut-out shape, material and padding. Ask your local agent if you are interested in adding a tray table to your chair.

XT Luggage Racks

Sturdy new luggage racks for XT2 and XT4 can handle more than double the luggage weight than previously.

Our latest accessory addition are our 25kg luggage racks designed to simply click on and off the rear mounts fitted to both XT2 and XT4 bases.

This new luggage rack design can handle 25kg of weight – perfect for your shopping or a picnic!

These racks are 345mm wide by 260mm deep, with simple to use side levers that open or close to hold the racks in place.

XT Lifting Rings

Our XT Lifting Rings are now available to purchase.

Lifting rings can now be fitted to our XT2 and XT4 powerchairs. The lifting rings are used to lift the powerchair into a vehicle via 4-point lifting straps and a hoist. This makes transporting the XT2 and XT4 powerchairs from point A to point B much easier.

Available in black only, the lifting rings are are affixed to the centre of the wheels at four points on the chair, and are tested to a maximum rated load of 250kg.

Please note the following about our lifting rings:

• They are NOT a substitute for tie down rings
• They are NOT crash tested
• They are NOT a restraint point
• They are NOT to be used while the powerchair is occupied
• The user MUST vacate the chair before hoisting it.
